Course Description
Join us for hands-on training on the Trimble Siteworks Fundamentals, designed to help field professionals gain confidence using Trimble Siteworks software for GPS and on-site positioning workflows. This introductory course focuses on real-world applications, ensuring you leave with the knowledge and skills needed to manage projects efficiently, from setup to export.
What You'll Learn
Participants will receive step-by-step instructions on the fundamentals of Siteworks, including:
· Navigate Siteworks software and create new projects, work orders, and designs
- Upload and manage files (Linework.DXF, Surface.TTM, Control Points.CSV)
- Locate and calibrate your artwork
- Understand shortcuts and key features on the home screen
- Staking out points and lines with precision
- Record topographic and as-built data using multiple methods (standing, driving, walking, static)
- Export as-built in the correct formats (DXF, CSV, etc.)
- Properly shut down Siteworks software for rovers and total stations
